Pleasant hotel, the idea of having standard double room was great. Helpful and very attentive staff who were always there to help. The room in dire condition. The location of the property was beautiful - within easy walking distance of Ducal Palace of Nevers. Had a comfortable time.

The breakfast offers a good variety of food options, the hotel is centrally located close to both the old town and city center, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The staff were very helpful and our room was exactly as we requested. The hotel is a little dated but this was not a problem.

The hotel is recently refurbished and fairly clean. Nestled in a very pleasant building. - It has a stunning and marvelous location near the Loire river, Nevers, and restaurants.

The staff are well trained and multi-lingual. The location on the banks of the river is excellent. The terrace is striking. The room was spacious and of unique design. Also very good value for money. Highly recommended!

our recent stay in nevers was exceptional, and mercure truly exceeded our expectations. the comfortable king size bed and the delicious breakfast made our mornings so enjoyable. the hotel's perfect location next to the city center and ample parking space added to the convenience of our stay.

The restaurant staff - they are not identified by a badge or uniform - the table staff are friendly enought but the two who walk around not doing much are not friendly and it does not encourage repeat visits

We recently stayed at a wonderful hotel on the river bank with nice views. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The room was clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities such as an ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We enjoyed spending time on the terrace, soaking in the beautiful surroundings. The restaurant was exceptional, offering a carefully thought out menu and a good selection of wines. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The whole place ran like clockwork especially the restaurant which was very busy with a large party but we were not neglected or hurried.
